- "Brad Wright and Robert C. Cooper called me out of the blue and told me they were doing a new Stargate series called Atlantis. They sent me the script to "Rising" and asked me to write a new Theme. After I submitted my first demo it was clear that Brad, Robert and I were on the same page musically. What I didn't know was that the "powers that be" at MGM had other ideas about who was going to write the theme for the show. Brad fought very hard to get me the main title and I'll always be grateful to him for that and much more. In the end, MGM was very pleased and we all lived happily ever after." - JG
